A booking system that follows your rules

Deposits, travel zones, rooms or equipment, staff availability, add-ons and instant pricing. When the standard booking apps cannot handle how you sell your time, we build one that can.

When booking apps are not enough

Calendly, Acuity, Square Appointments and Booksy are excellent for simple appointments: one person, one service, one time slot. Problems start when your booking depends on more than a free slot in a calendar.

  • The price depends on distance, size, number of people or options
  • You need a deposit that changes by service or season
  • A booking needs a person and a resource at the same time, like a photographer and a studio
  • Some services need a manual approval before they are confirmed
  • You sell multi day bookings, packages or memberships
  • You want bookings to land in your own system, not only in an app

If two or more of those sound familiar, a custom booking system is probably cheaper in the long run than forcing an app to do something it was not made for.

What we build

  • Live availability. From your calendar, your staff schedules, your rooms or equipment, or a channel like Airbnb
  • Instant quotes. Calculated from your real pricing rules, shown before the client commits
  • Deposits and payments. Through Stripe, with full payment, deposit or pay later options
  • Confirmations and reminders. By email, with calendar invites and the details your client needs
  • Changes and cancellations. Following your policy, so you are not negotiating every refund
  • Your back office. Every booking, every client, filters and exports

Booking systems by industry

For short term rentals, a direct booking site is its own topic; see vacation rental direct booking websites. For studios, salons, tutors, equipment rentals, tours, mobile services and event services, the logic is similar: availability, price, deposit, confirmation.

Keep the client on your website

Sending people to a third party booking page costs you twice. Some clients leave because the page looks different and they do not trust it. And every visit counts for the booking app's domain, not yours. A booking flow on your own domain keeps the experience consistent and builds your site's value.

How we approach it

We start by writing every booking rule you follow today, including the ones in your head. Then we build the booking flow on a test page you can try on your phone. Only once the rules are right do we connect payments and go live.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Can it sync with Google Calendar?

Yes. Bookings can be written to Google Calendar and existing events can block availability.

Can clients pay a deposit only?

Yes. Deposits can be a fixed amount or a percentage, and can change by service or date.

Can it handle staff with different schedules?

Yes. Each person can have their own hours, days off and services.

What about time zones?

If you take remote bookings, times are shown in the client's time zone and stored correctly.
