Who this is for
Owners of physical shops opening online, staff taking over a store from someone who left, and people who had a store built for them and are afraid to touch it. We have trained a shop owner in her late fifties who had never managed an online store; today she runs it herself and it saves her hours every week.

How sessions work
Sessions are online, on your own store, with screen sharing. We go at your pace and repeat things as often as needed. You get short written notes after each session so you are not relying on memory.
After the training
Many owners like to have someone to ask. A care plan keeps us on call for questions and small changes.
Questions, answered
I am not good with computers. Is that a problem?
No. We start from where you are and use plain words. Nothing is a silly question.
Can my staff join?
Yes. We can train several people together or separately by role.
Is training available in French?
Yes, training can be done in English or French.
