Yes — same remote setup for all three. Pricing is quoted in USD, which is pegged 1:1 in all three currencies, so there's no exchange-rate guessing.
Some businesses should — if you want someone who can meet in person, a local shop is the right call. If you'd rather have one experienced person hands-on for less than a local agency's overhead, remote is worth considering. Your call either way, and I'll tell you honestly if I'm not the right fit.
