Yes. Pricing is quoted in your currency so there's no guessing on the exchange rate when the invoice lands.
I build the technical and structural side correctly and flag anything that needs your accountant or lawyer's sign-off — I'm not going to pretend to be either. For Shopify specifically, GST and NZ shipping/tax settings are configured as part of the build.
Some businesses should — if you want someone who can meet in person, a local shop is the right call. If you'd rather have one experienced person hands-on for less than a local agency's overhead, remote is worth considering. Your call either way, and I'll tell you honestly if I'm not the right fit.
