Standard EU VAT and checkout disclosure settings are part of any Shopify build. For anything sector-specific — forex, shipping, financial services — I'll point you to your accountant or compliance advisor rather than guess.
Some businesses should — if you want someone who can meet in person, a local shop is the right call. If you'd rather have one experienced person hands-on for less than a local agency's overhead, remote is worth considering. Your call either way, and I'll tell you honestly if I'm not the right fit.
